Last weekend the North Coast was lucky enough to host Master Matt Geister for a series of seminars at the Murwillumbah Club.

The weekend started with a 2-hour Black Belt session on the Friday night. The north coast black belts were also joined by black belts from the AHAs Brisbane club who came down to join us. Master Geister put us through our paces physically and delivered an in-depth technical session.

The Saturday consisted of two general training sessions and also a kid’s class. The sessions focused on a range of aspects of Hapkido including, sparring, kicking and self-defence. Once again Master Geister delivered sessions that not only demonstrated his depth of Hapkido knowledge but also his general martial arts skill.
